1. Our Commitment

At Autostena Deals, we stand behind every part we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right. This policy covers all orders placed on autostenadeals.com.

2. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item
  • Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted
  • No returns accepted after 60 days under any circumstances

3. Items Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • ✅ Unused and in original condition
  • ✅ In original packaging with all labels attached
  • ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
  • ✅ Not installed or fitted to any vehicle
  • ✅ Free from damage caused by the customer

4. Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Electrical parts that have been installed or powered on
  • ❌ Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • ❌ Parts that have been modified or altered
  • ❌ Consumable items such as oils, fluids, and filters that have been opened
  • ❌ Special order or custom-made parts
  • ❌ Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • ❌ Parts where the reason for return is incorrect vehicle fitment chosen by the customer

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@autostenadeals.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. We will provide a Return Authorization Number — include this on your package
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship it to the address we provide
  7. Keep your tracking number as proof of return shipment

7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email within 2 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds appear within 3 to 5 business days

8. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued when:

  • The item is returned with missing accessories or packaging
  • The item shows signs of use but is otherwise undamaged
  • Only part of an order is returned

9. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or specification — exchange for the correct part
  • Damaged on arrival — exchange for the same item
  • Defective item — exchange for the same item

How to request an exchange:

  2. Include your order number and photos of the item
  3. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
  4. Exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 business days

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage immediately
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include photos and your order number
  4. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
  5. You do not need to return the damaged item in most cases

11. Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong part:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange for the free collection of the wrong item
  • We will ship the correct item immediately
  • No additional cost to you

12. Warranty Claims

All parts come with a 12-month warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures
  • Parts that fail under normal use conditions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from incorrect installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from racing or off-road use
  • Parts modified after purchase

13. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After 2 hours, orders may already be packed and dispatched
  • If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process
  • To cancel email to Autostenadeals@gmail.com immediately with your order number
