- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends are dispatched the following Monday
- Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched the next business day
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error contact us immediately at info@autostenadeals.com. Once an order is dispatched we cannot guarantee address changes. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you. Redelivery charges may apply.
Delivery to PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via standard shipping. Express and same-day delivery are not available to PO Boxes.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Do not throw away the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Autostenadels@gmail.com
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your property first
- Wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at info@autostenadeals.com
- We will open an investigation with the carrier
- If confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
